Gotta kick myself in the butt.

I'm tierd of having my current body, so I've decided to go all out from tomorrow. No more candy, no more disgusting snacks and not much food. Only eat healthy things, no pasta, potatos or white bread. My meals probably gonna be mostly fruit, probably one avokado for lunch and maby a small piece of meat for dinner. Since I can't do any heavy lifting for 6 months after my surgery I have to try to work out as much as I can until then. After that I'll have to walk ALOT, find a way to train my arms and try to do some situps even if it's painful.  I really want to reach my goal weight 50-55 kg.
